Leading Tour Company is looking for a Business Development and Sales Support who will be responsible for supporting the business and the effective selling of company products and services to their customer base. This position is based in Cape Town.

The key focus is to reach overall business sales targets. In this role you will be required to generate sales leads, contact potential customers and nurture existing customer relationships.


  • A Sales Hunter with a minimum of 2 years of Tourism experience within the Leisure industry – essential, no other industry will be considered
  • Post Matric Diploma
  • Based in Cape Town (no relocations will be considered)
  • Well-travelled individual
  • Sales and relationship-building experience
  • Excellent proficiency in Communication/ Excel/PowerPoint/MS Office/Video conferencing
  • Strong administrative and time management skills
  • Dynamic and confident personality with a yearning to reach for the stars
  • Demonstrate very important soft skills – excellent communication, listening, negotiation and problem-solving
  • A flair for facilitating product training either online or in person
  • Valid driver’s license and roadworthy motor vehicle
  • Valid passport.
