Premier Destination Management Company has a role available for a Remote Marketing Manager to be responsible for the B2B marketing strategy and associated campaigns, designing, maintaining and enhancing online generating tools and executing marketing analytics. This is a remote role based in South Africa.

Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in Marketing or Advertising
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in luxury travel marketing (African destination knowledge) in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
  • Experience and proficiency with digital marketing
  • Technical marketing including CRM and database experience; with a variety of relevant software applications and platforms including, but not limited to: Sales Force, HubSpot, WIX, Google Analytics
  • Relevant product and travel industry knowledge
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Suite including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, as well as Adobe Creative Suite, or similar products
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.

Duties include:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing programs/plans that attract customers
  • Manage the department’s marketing budget
  • Oversee the design of marketing materials for various platforms (website and social media accounts)
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers via social media platforms
  • Collect industry data and use the insights to update marketing strategies
  • Accurate, compelling, consistently written marketing materials and assets
  • Overseeing content creation and directing assigned copywriters, graphic design and website consultants.
