Looking for a new challenge, we are growing our team at THE RESERVATION OFFICE. Reservations is the first point of contact for most establishment’s guests – we take pride in our Service Delivery and our Product Knowledge. We are an extension to clients’ teams, not just an outsourced service provider. We are passionate about what we do, and every email or phone call is received with enthusiasm and excitement. We are committed to offering our clients and our clients’ clients an outstanding service. Our passion is Reservations, and whilst we work we have fun with this very exciting industry of Hospitality that we are in.

Our offering starts with the first phone call or email and ends with the guest’s arrival at the Hotel/Guest House/Boutique Hotel or Lodge for their stay.

We receive all telephonic and email enquiries. We correspond with the guest by quoting, making bookings, confirming bookings, taking payments and completing all administrative duties of the Reservation Process.

We ensure that all information communicated to the guest or with the establishment for guests’ stay is accurate and detailed.

Our manner is friendly and courteous, our written communication is professional but light.

We don’t just sell a room or a tent – we sell the experience of the stay.

We also assist our client’s marketing teams, we maintain online rates and distribution of rates to the trade.

We pride ourselves in championing the PMS systems we work on, optimally utilizing the system in an effort to ensure that the onsite staff can easily continue their job function and assist a client when in-house.

We build relationships with our clients, our guests, trade partners and other service providers.

We actively and constantly communicate with all our clients in an effort to convert all leads and with this increase revenue.

Although our reservations consultants are dedicated to specific clients, we are able to manage the reservations of all our clients, offering the opportunity of knowing not only different establishments but also their processes and their PMS systems.

We work closely with the onsite staff in an effort to ensure our guests have a hassle-free stay.

We do expect all to work independently whilst still supporting team members during busy times or absences.
